Returns and Refunds Policy

At Kisancart.co.uk, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchases. Should you encounter any issues with your order, we have outlined our returns and refunds policy to assist you.

General Guidelines

We advise promptly inspecting and storing your items upon receipt to maintain their quality and freshness.

For any concerns or dissatisfaction with your order, please contact us via email at info@kisancart.co.uk with your order number within 24 hours of receiving/collecting your order. We are committed to addressing your concerns promptly.

Non-Perishable Items

Unopened, resalable non-perishable items are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided they remain in their original condition.

To initiate a refund, please email us at refunds@kisancart.co.uk with your name and order number. We’ll guide you through the refund process. Please note, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility until the products are confirmed as received in a resalable condition.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product in resalable condition, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 working days.

Perishable Items

Due to their nature, perishable items cannot be refunded. These include fresh products or items with a limited shelf life.

In case of poor quality or unsuitability for use, please email us at refunds@kisancart.co.Uk within 24 hours of receiving your order. Kindly attach a picture along with your order number for our review.

We’ll promptly assess your request and confirm whether a refund or exchange is applicable. If required, we may request the return of the unfit item to one of our warehouses at 110 Milburn Road, Ashington, NE63 0PQ, United Kingdom, for further inspection.

Refunds Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days of confirmation. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment card.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stipulated time after confirmation, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company/bank.

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, email us at refunds@kisancart.Co.uk within 24 hours of receiving/collecting your order, along with your order number.

Exchange items will be provided upon receipt of the damaged/defective item.
